The Winter Reunions have started and the first one was held at Sible Hedingham Baptist on 12 February with over forty people attending travelling from Northampton, Norfolk, Suffolk, Sussex; South East London, and of course quite a few from Essex, being on their doorstep. One of the founder members was able to attend travelling from Sandy in Bedfordshire, and everyone was pleased to see her, although her health is not so good, and she does not caravan anymore.

A lot of catching up, and looking at photos of rallies and churches visited during 2004. Some of the braver folk ventured out for a lovely historical walk around Castle Hedingham despite the strong wind.

The weather was kind enough to allow us to travel to Portsmouth with a couple of friends from Billericay  although we could see the snow on the Hogs Back and the Devil's Punchbowl. The roads were clear and we arrived in Portsmouth to find that they had not seen a snow flake! Although only twenty one of us this time we had a good day catching up and had a safe journey back feeling reassured that we had been looked after on the journey.

We hope to travel to Cheddar on 10th March and stay in the motorvan enabling us to attend another Reunion at Highbridge in Somerset on 12th March. Then the weekend after Easter we hope to travel to Billesdon near Leicester for a Winter Reunion Rally and take the service on the Sunday at the local Baptist Church where we are holding the Reunion on the Saturday. We pray for travelling mercies each time we travel. From end of April the rallies supporting various small churches up and down the UK will start with the first one in Lincolnshire supporting two small Baptist churches at Sutton St James and Gedney Hill (near Spalding). There will be a bonus as it will be the Tulip Festival and Parade at Spalding with various churches having flower festivals. All enabling us to enjoy the benefits of God's creation.
